Can I pick up my order locally?

We currently charge $5 for untracked letter mail and $10.00 for tracked shipping within Canada. However, we also have an option for local pick-up if you live near Port Moody. When you select local pick-up on our website, expect an email from us in 1-3 business days so we can arrange a pickup date and time.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

If you realize an error please contact us at sara_habibovic@yahoo.ca right away so we can make the correction prior to shipment. If an order has already been shipped to an incorrect/undeliverable address and is subsequently returned to us, we will credit your payment method for the goods at that time (less shipping and taxes). We cannot be responsible for orders where an incorrect shipping address is given.

How do I care for my scrunchies?

Hand wash with soap and warm water and hang to dry.

Do you take custom orders?

We love accommodating your custom requests for bridal parties, party favours, dance teams or special gifts! Send us a DM on Instagram @shopsarahabibovic or an email to sara_habibovic@yahoo.ca with the subject “Custom Order” and we’ll respond after assessing your request. 

When can I expect my order?

We do our best to ship orders within 3 business days from date of purchase. When your order is shipped you’ll receive an email to confirm. 

We use Canada Post to deliver within Canada and most people receive their order within 5 business days. Sometimes this time frame can vary with circumstances beyond our control. If you haven’t received your order after 5-7 business days of your shipping confirmation please send us an email to sara_habibovic@yahoo.ca

Shop Sara Habibovic is not responsible for lost or undelivered mail. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all of the applicable mailing information is correct at the time of purchase. 

Do you accept e-transfer?

Yes! If you would prefer to send an e-transfer, ordering by DM or email sara_habibovic@yahoo.ca is your best bet! Just make sure you refer to the scrunchie names or send screenshots on our website or Instagram when you place your order!
